I am back from my weekend with Claudine!

Here are some of the artists that were there this weekend. I can't remember all their names right now but we traded atc's so I have their names on the back of their cards. This lady on the right was such a sweet spirited gal. We might get together and play art at a future date! She loved Halloween decorations and had never even heard of Zetti so I'll have to fix that for her!

The gal sitting down was named Gail. She was an exceptional watercolorist!

There's Claudine in between two of the sweet ladies! Claudine is so pretty I love her nice white teeth when she smiles so sweetly/ Wish I was as photogenic as her! On the right is a Bostonian named Diane she came with her daughter Rebbecca, they shared pizza with me on Friday evening. The daughter named Rebbecca also serenaded us today at lunch time. She is a music major at UMASS.

On the left here was my table buddy Deb. She was shy at first but turned out to be a wonderful spirit. I really enjoyed sitting next to Deb. We rode together on Saturday and went out to dinner on Saturday evening for THAI FOOD, AND IT WAS YUMMERS!
On the right here was the youngest artist her name is Christine she was so cute and very talented too.

Here's my pal Deb again with a wonderful painting of her husband as a baby turned into a sweet painting/collage.
This gal was heat setting something she seemed very nice wish I had spoken to her some mopre then I did.

Here we have the owner of the art studio(on the right) , her name is Catherine, and the weekend chef. She made all kinds of delicious food for our lunches. Like lasagna, chili, col slaw, brownies, It was wonderful eats. The house where it was held is a delight too. All quaint and inviting. they teach all kinds of neat classes I would love to go for a Saturday metal class sometime. Maybe next month maybe not. Depends on my funding and availability, but I would like to go back one day! Thanks Catherine for being a great host!
Here are Cindy another one of my tables mates she was pure hilarity and positive energy I loved sitting with her. Would also love to have an art gathering with her again anytime!
The other gal standing is Shoshana she was a sweetheart as well. Her art although she said she is not an artist was very beautiful and inspiring!!!
Here is the youngest artist CHRISTINA! Ah youth and to be young and photogenic again! This kid had great Moxie with her art and was very creative, wish I had a daughter like her!

Now these two ladies sat to the right of me. They were sister in laws and it was so nice to see the shared loved between the two of them. Both were exceptional art talents as well. So glad to have some of their atc's! Aren't they cute! Plus they looked alike to everyone!

This was Catherine she is a well published artist with exceptional talent. I loved seeing everything she made and am thinking about taking an online paper sewing class with her. I could really benefit from that knowledge if hers!

Here again is my new friend Deb!

Everybody should know this is the one and only Claudine Hellmuth! Look at how precious her face is! She is a wonderfully nurturing teacher and so much fun! Her paints were so pretty and fun to mix and create new colors with. My favorite products were the sticky back paper and the glossy gel. I am looking forward to using the sticky back on some of my fabric atcs as they can be used in the printer and cost about as much as fabric transfer paper but are thicker and better. I also liked the glossy medium which sold out. I liked it because you can used it after a gel medium transfer to get the fuzzy extras off of the fronts of the transfers! I also bought some of her paint brushes. They are inexpensive and have all my favorite sizes and shapes in the package.

Here is the podium Claudine taught from with some of her supplies still on the table.

Here is a picture taken from my hotel front yard!

Another of the sandy beach below and a neat berry plant...

Isn't this beautiful! Wish I could have had a bit more time to just relax there. The hotel staff is run by campus students and they were so accommodating and nice. I watched boats from my window at night. Even though I was alone in my room it was romantic.

This is the hotel Merkinon! Where I stayed. The hotel was filled with artists from the class and a few others, but mostly us.

What a way to end my show , eh! This is so everyone will say oh poor you and show me mercy! LOL!

I had a good time but didn't sleep very well. , back and hips both hips now are still killing me. Plus my neck for some reason! Here is a new picture of my boo boo! I will post more detailed info and pictures of stuff I made from the weekend when I finish some of my projects! Hugs, Sanna the Lame
