Well we just got back from summer vacation at the beach.

Only five days and no other vacations this year so had to make the most of it all!
We swam in the waves, walked along the beach,
stuck our toes in the waters and sands
 enjoyed the sounds,
enjoyed the smells and the ocean,
 relaxed in our beach chairs,
 found shells and rocks,

and other neat stuff!

Close sleeping arrangements in such a tiny cottage, sweet little brotherly love!

Big brother got the good bed one or two nights.

Mimi made shrimp scampi and Kathi came to visit with Harriet.
I got My mom a new Panama Jack hat and she loved it!
I had a pinnacollada!

The side of our cottage.

Finishing up our first meal at Captain Jacks, which is where my collage is now hanging at their bar!
That was so good and they are full, I took my desert home with me.
Green things can grow through beach rocks.

Mimi and her first grandchild.

Another pinniacollada!

Little boy on back deck!

We found a nest under the deck where we shower before going into the cottage after a day at the beach. my son said it was abandoned, so his idea was I use it in my art work. So we got it down but inside were three blue robins eggs!

Just like the eggs I had been painting in this art work my entire vacation! How cool is that!

I also painted this angel and met a guy on the beach during one of my walks who makes wings for people angel wings. He even sells them for movie props! I thought that was neat!
